How Do you Dress Burgers?
Until recently, I realized i did not know how to properly dress burgers.
We all love burgers. Sometimes what takes a burger to the next level is how they the burger is dressed (or fixed.) I thought I knew a little about burgers, but then I realized I was doing it wrong.
When you correctly dress burgers you take a hamburger or cheeseburger to a whole different level. While the fixins’ are usually the same — just like math, the order of operations are more important.
How To Properly dress burgers
Builder the burger from bottom up is now my preferred way to dress burgers and it looks like this.
- Bun
- Burger Sauce (or Mayo)
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Burger
- Onions
- Pickles
- Ketchup
- Bun
In the past I dressed burgers with the burger on the bun and then upwards. What I fool I was…
Now, by having the burger in the middle of all the toppings, the burger flavor is enhanced by everything else and not the other way around.
